Medicare Rebate
A Medicare rebate of $89.65 is available to patients under the Mental Health Care Plan. The mental health care plan is proved by a GP and encompasses a maximum of 10 sessions each calendar year.  6 initial sessions, after which another four may be provided if the general practitioner sees fit. It is recommended that patients discuss their eligibility for a Mental Health Care Plan with their GP prior to booking an appointment.

Connect to Wellbeing
For patients who may have financial difficulties, a referral for Psychological Therapy though Connect to Wellbeing can be requested. These referrals are obtained from your GP and can assist in helping cover cost for up to cover six sessions.

Private Health and DVA
We are able to provide services for patients with private health and have HICAPS claiming available. We are also able to provide services to clients on a DVA Gold Card, if a DVA referral has been provided by a GP.

Suicide Call Back Service - 1300 659 467
The Suicide Call Back Service provides immediate support to anyone feeling suicidal. In addition, they can provide ongoing support through up to six 50-minute telephone counselling sessions that will provide you with longer term support. The Suicide Call Back Service also offers online counselling.
