There are so many different types of appointments. We would hate to list them all. That said;

1. Simple Stuff

We definitely deal with medical matters that are relatively straightforward or unbelievably simple from our point of view. It is still difficult to quote an example. A boil or a repeat prescription can be simple at times. 

We do not operate on assumptions, though. 

If you believe you are dealing with an unbelievably simple matter, booking a standard consultation with a doctor or telehealth might be a good place to start. We can usually take it from there. 

2. Long Consultations

Medicine can be the home of never-ending complexity at times.

If you think you are dealing with a complex medical matter;

• It makes an enormous amount of sense to discuss your needs with us over the phone. That way we can organize a service that logically equates to your needs.
• It also makes sense to make sure you are not dealing with detailed paperwork that is not covered by Medicare.

If it is complex, you can count on us asking things a step at a time.

Either way, if it is complex, or something a little unusual, talking to us over the telephone or booking a long consultation might be the right place to start.

3. Logical Planning

There are times when it makes sense for you to tell us exactly what you would like us to do, so we can organise a service that mirrors your needs. Times we need to make special arrangements include;
