We can still Bulk Bill for Telehealth Consultations;

• If the patient has been to see us in the last twelve months, face-to-face
• If there are special circumstances attached to the consultation

Special circumstances include being a parent of a child under one, currently isolating for Covid-19 related reasons in accordance with the regulations, and more.

To qualify for a Bulk Billed Telehealth Consultation you will need;

• Valid Medicare Card
• If you also have a valid Health Care, DVA, Pensioner Concession Card please let us know
• To meet the Medicare requirements of the time.
